A clean, simple CRM in Notion for deals, companies and contacts. Works on its own, and together with Strezia Sync, which shows your deals right inside Gmail.
With the Strezia Sync extension for Chrome, this template shows up inside Gmail. Your deals, stages and contacts sit next to your email, and every change is saved straight back to these Notion databases.

Use Notion as your backend. Run your CRM from Gmail. All your data stays in your own Notion workspace, and you manage deals, companies and contacts right where you already work: your inbox. No new CRM system to buy, learn or move your data into. More features are on the way. Add Strezia Sync to Chrome, free for 10 days.

The pipeline in Gmail: deals grouped by stage, with value and next step.
Open an email and a row at the top shows who the sender is in your CRM. Expand it to move the deal to the next stage, update value, expected close and next step, or open the record in Notion.

The CRM row above an email: contact, company and the open deal with its stages.
Got an email that should become a deal? Click the Strezia icon in the email toolbar, pick the database, set stage, company and contact, and save it to Notion without leaving Gmail.

Save to Notion: turn any email into a deal in one click.
New sender? Click Add to CRM and Strezia Sync fills in name, email, phone and title from the sender and the email signature. Tick a box to create the company and a new deal at the same time.

New contact: details read from the email signature, with company and deal created in the same step.
Set a follow-up date and a next step on any contact or deal. The CRM shows what is overdue, what is due today and what is coming up this week, in Gmail and in Notion.
The template works fine on its own in Notion. Strezia Sync is an optional add-on: get it in the Chrome Web Store, free for 10 days.
